Processing of personal data when you contact us
When you contact us, the data and information you provide are processed so that we can contact you and respond to your request for information. This data will be processed and stored for a period of three years, in accordance with the GDPR.
If your request does not fall within the scope of our remit and duties, it may be forwarded to the competent entities without your prior consent, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, provided it is legitimate to assume that forwarding the matter safeguards your interests and that no sensitive personal data will be included (Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR).

NB: The right regarding automated individual decision-making, including profiling (Article 22), does not apply here.

Such withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously provided (Article 7(3) of the GDPR).

The processing of any data collected for the purposes of newsletter subscription is covered by the personal data protection legislation in force, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR); VLE TRANSIT guarantees that any personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
The veracity, accuracy, and timeliness of the data and information provided by the user are entirely and exclusively their responsibility. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you declare that the data you have provided is true, accurate, and current. The data collected at the time of registering your interest will be processed by VLE TRANSIT through a platform and will be stored for the period during which the registration form is maintained.

Complaints
